چکیده

An autonomous electrochemical sensor suitable for in situ silicate detection and monitoring marine environments, is presented without any use of liquid reagent. This paper shows characteristics figures merit using optimized chemical parameters. Under controlled laboratory conditions a 40 L tank, good calibration between 1.63 132.8 μmol L−1 was obtained. The limit the quantification obtained are respectively LOD = 0.32 LOQ 1.08 L−1. No bias found while analysing Certified Reference Material (CRM) solutions i.e. natural seawaters samples with different salinities nutrients compositions. Repeatability test showed very reproducibility measurement low overall uncertainty, cumulating systematic error error, 2.4 %. Accuracies Silicate higher than 97.4 %, 95.3 % smallest concentration tested, under LOQ. Spike recovery tests were conducted two CRM concentrations 97.9–100.1 recovery, indicating no matrix influence determination its process (realised artificial seawater solutions). In deployment realized Thau lagoon (Mediterranean Sea) at 1.6 m depth. A agreement results compared to reference colorimetric measurements made Marine Station Sète (France) validates sensor’s performances.

Wireless electrochemical DNA microarray sensor.

We report an electrochemical DNA microarray sensor whose function is controlled with just two wires regardless of the number of individual sensing electrodes. The bipolar sensing electrode is modified with probe DNA, and the anode end of each electrode is configured to emit light (electrogenerated chemiluminescence) upon hybridization of cDNA labeled with electrocatalytic (oxygen reduction) Pt ...
